  • AI-generated ministry suggestions based on your results

Technical & Device Information:

  • Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers
  • App usage data (screens viewed, features used)
  • IP address and approximate location (city/country level)
  • Crash reports and performance data

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Generate your spiritual gifts results and personalized PDF report
  • Apply your church’s branding (logo, colors, and messaging) through Kingdom Built
  • Provide personalized ministry opportunity recommendations from your church
  • Save and allow you to access your assessment results
  • Improve the App’s performance, features, and user experience
  • Respond to support requests
  • Detect and fix technical issues

3. Data Storage and Security

Your assessment results and personal information are securely stored using Supabase, our trusted backend provider. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide the App’s services or as required by law.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • With service providers who help us operate the App (including Supabase for database and authentication services, and Expo for app infrastructure). These providers are contractually required to protect your data.
  • When required by law, legal process, or government request
  • In connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition, or sale of assets), with appropriate protections

5. Kingdom Built Connection

When you enter a valid church code, the App connects to the Kingdom Built platform to retrieve your church’s branding and available ministry opportunities. This allows your results to be personalized for your specific church community.

6. Data Deletion Requests

You have the right to request that we delete the personal information we have collected from you through the Spiritual Gifts App.

  • The church code you entered (if applicable)

What we will delete:

  • Your church code
  • Your spiritual gifts assessment responses and results

We will process your deletion request within 30 days. Some limited technical data (such as anonymized crash logs) may be retained for security and performance purposes.

7. Children’s Privacy

  • Expo – for app development and infrastructure
